The fruit I can eat in it’s time of spring


I like to fruit for the morning and for the afternoon to a good the digestion in the day.The last week i ate grains some vegetables and fruits. At night before bed i eat one or two fruits to eat a balanced diet and prevent disease. Some of the time i prepare fruit smoothiesto combine with the milkand make more profite on things.
